Dark Chocolate Mr. Crunch Bar Candy

Ingredients
For the Base
12 oz high-quality dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa), chopped
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup roasted unsalted peanuts, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Flaky sea salt
Additional melted dark chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
Prepare Your Workspace
Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides
Have all ingredients measured and ready to go
Melt the Chocolate
Add chocolate to a microwave safe bowl
Heat chocolate in 30 second intervals
Stir occasionally until completely melted and smooth
Remove from microwave once melted
Mix the Components
In a large bowl, combine the crispy rice cereal and chopped peanuts
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal mixture
Gently fold everything together until evenly coated
Add sea salt and stir to distribute
Form the Candy
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan
