The apple danish, very croissant like, was very flakey and buttery that complimented the semi-sweet apple filling. The chocolate chip cookie was nice and crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The kouign amann and jam was very croissant like with buttery flakey layers had the perfect balance of salty and sweet to make for the perfect bite.
